All cancelations must be made 7 days prior to reservation date.

A 50% fee plus taxes will be charged for cancellation within the allowed 7 days

Customer may request change of date at no cost in lieu of cancellation.

NO REFUNDS will be given outside of the minimum 7 day notice requirement.
